Ragnhild created the world’s first ecological and Fairtrade-certified towels and developed textiles made from seaweed. She has helped build SEKEM into Egypt’s largest producer of organic cotton and food. She is a co-founder of Heliopolis University for Sustainability in Cairo and large global networks for social entrepreneurship and ethical trade. Ragnhild was the first leader of green transition at Nortura SA. She is the author of 16 books on psychology, communication, joy at work, and leadership. She holds a doctorate in innovation and entrepreneurship and a master’s in psychology and music education. She is regarded as the mother of coaching in Norway.

Hanne runs the company About Learning A/S and is Europe’s preferred training partner in the 4MAT method. Over the years, she has certified and trained leaders, teachers, trainers, consultants, and speakers, and collaborates with experts worldwide. She co-authored the Danish book “Do You Know Who You Are?” with 10-time world champion Arne Nielsson and journalist Anne Hermansen. Hanne’s specialties are 4MAT, train-the-trainer, online teaching, and graphic facilitation. She has been self-employed since 1998.

Rembert is a Dutch-born business and cultural entrepreneur based in Sweden. He serves as Chair of the Foundation Council of the Edith Maryon Foundation (Basel) and as Deputy Chair of the Board of SEKEM Holdingin Egypt. He is also active in the broader SEKEM ecosystem, including Heliopolis University (Cairo) and Ecotech Ltd, and is director of Sekem Treuhand GmbH in Hamburg.
In Europe he holds non-executive positions as Director of Living Seeds International AG (Basel) and Council Member of the Evidenz Foundation (Basel). Earlier he held executive roles at the Goetheanum in Switzerland, served nearly a decade as CEO of Lehmann Natur in Germany, was Executive Director of Vidarstiftelsen in Sweden, and founded the Culturescapes Foundation in Basel.
His work bridges purpose-driven real estate, organic agriculture and value chains, and cultural initiatives, operating at the intersection of entrepreneurship and civil society. He is Managing Partner of Rembert Biemond AB (Sweden) and contributes to SEKEM and related educational and regenerative projects.

Mats-Ola Ohlsson is one of the founders of Norrbyvälle gård a place for social therapy on a biodynamical farm in Järna, Sweden. There he has been working since 1986, especially with young people with autism. That work has brought him to essential questions concerning how you as human being connect with the world and with your fellow human beings. That has also included facilitating young co-workers into this work. An important part of this work has also been to support unemployed and long-term ill people back to new strengthened self-confidence through work and crafts. He was Class teacher in one Waldorf school in Järna in the eighties, and has also been supporting developmental work in Russia and Georgia within the field of Waldorf education and Curative education since 1990. Co-founder of SOFIA, a Swedish developmental aid organization on Anthroposophical basis, working all over the world. General secretary for the Anthroposophical society in Sweden 2008-2020.
